Privacy policy

TripGuide Korea is the booking platform for MyGoodLife in Seoul. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our trip-request and quotation forms.
Information we collect
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group composition, accommodation and transport preferences, event selection, notes, request status, calculated quotation, IP address, browser information, and the date of your consent.
Why we use it
- To prepare, send and adjust your itinerary and quotation.
- To contact you about the requested trip and confirm availability.
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse of the form.
- To keep booking, payment and service records where legally required.
Who processes it
MyGoodLife staff and contracted operators receive only the information needed to answer or fulfil your request. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database and transactional email infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Unbooked requests are retained for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions. Records connected to a completed booking may be retained for up to seven years for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. IP address and browser details are removed after 90 days.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent for future contact, or ask how it was used. Legal recordkeeping requirements may prevent deletion of some completed-booking records.
